记者注意到，就在宣布终止收购芯来智融交易的前几天，芯原股份创始人、董事长兼总裁戴伟民在合肥举行的上市公司高质量发展大会上表示，由于受到A股IPO节奏放缓及其他因素影响，半导体初创公司的估值已经下调，当前是上市公司并购的好时机。“上市公司并购要做到‘1+1>2’，如果能做到‘1+1>11’就更好了。”他表示。
