There are two steps to enter the installation as a non-DOD ID card holder. First step requires approval from the first O-5 commander (lieutenant colonel or above) in the Soldier’s chain of command. The second step requires that all visitors are assessed on whether they traveled from a high-risk area or have been in contact recently with a COVID-19 positive person.
