Here’s the important Fried Turkey stuff: * keep oil between 325 and 350f * Don’t overfill the pot, leave room for turkey! * Fry for 3-3.5 mins per lb * I used @hardcorecarnivore Fried Turkey seasoning (and I like to add some extra shakes once it comes out of the oil * Peanut oil = crispy results Also- if you fry it, you get to eat the wings.
