Quadriceps loading for tendon rehab and muscle activation I came up with the following drills, in order to provide a substitution for some of the machines that you have in a gym. Obviously it is harder to directly load the tissue in terms of resistance here, but I think the bands and KB provide a good unstable load, that you can use at the start of a rehab program and eventually build to using a machine, in order to target heavier resistance.
