Isomalt is one of those things that might be daunting to work with at first, but I assure you, she is plenty easy :) Just make sure to wear gloves and be careful when melting it down, as this stuff is scorching and can burn you! If you would like to see how I constructed this super tall cake, I have a video demonstration listed for you guys in the comments.
