优速通不是一种服务，实际是一种剥削付费快速通道，是一个极其邪恶且不公平的政策， 在没有额外资源供给的前提下，就是在剥削了其他消费者的生命和时间。这和头等舱、一等座之类为增量买单不一样。而优速通没有任何增量。迪士尼的项目吞吐量是物理刚性的，当我们购买门票时，合同的隐含条款是：我们用时间换体验，队列即产权。这份“队列产权”的所有者是已经在排队的消费者，不是迪士尼。而优速通的交易标的，不是“加快某人的体验”，是把后来的付费者插入到前面那些已经用时间支付了位置款的人之前。我不认为，迪士尼拥有这种权利，它在出售一份它从未持有过的东西。
