This one is simple but really effective! ⭐️Hold baby upright in a gentle stretch. ⭐️Place your pointer finger on their spine with gentle pressure and gently squeeze hips. ⭐️Then wait for it! How long should you wait? I would try a few minutes! Do this for 30 seconds, then run their back and repeat. If no burp after a few, carry on with the feed, or your day of the baby is done.
