✨Some of my favorite trunk stability exercises that are perfect for everyone! ✨Posture matters during these movements for optimal results! ➡️plank pull-throughs (don’t shift too much weight as you pull, tuck in pelvis) ➡️suitcase and overhead carry (slow march and try your best not to lean, stack ribs over pelvis) ➡️ palloff press with anti rotation and side stepping (the further the resistance from your body, the more core required) #physicaltherapy #priorityone #core #trunk #trunkstability | P
