AC JOINT TEST CLUSTER BY CHRONOPOULOS Next to the cluster of signs & symptoms from patient history, we can also use clusters of physical tests to assess for a symptomatic AC joint. On such cluster was proposed by Chronopoulos et al. (2004) They recommend to perform the following cluster: - Cross Body Adduction Test - AC Resisted Extension - Active Compression Test (of O'Brien) In case of 3 positive tests, the reported sensitivity reached 25% and the specificity reached 97%, leading to a LR of 8.
