This landmark film introduced the world to the Bride 90 years ago today, and she's still just as popular now as she was back then. To create the iconic look of the Bride, actress Elsa Lanchester sat in the makeup chair for up to three hours while makeup artist Jack Pierce, clad in his doctor's lab coat, turned her into the Bride of Frankenstein. Film editor Ted Kent also reported that the back pages of director James W
