A food scale! ⚖️ Guys, if you aren’t using one, you are SERIOUSLY missing out. Not only does it eliminate needing to wash measuring cups, it also is the most accurate (and easiest) method EVER! If you feel like your baked goods don’t turn out right, or they aren’t consistent, there’s a good chance you aren’t measuring correctly. The most common issue is over measuring flour.
