Avery has been working this summer in @childrenslitlapl as an intern for our Diversity and Inclusion Apprenticeship (DAIA), a paid summer-long mentored experience, and has learned a lot about the ins and outs of working at Central Library. This year thanks to the generosity of @metrolosangeles, @loyolamarymount, @nasajpl, @camlaorg, @lalawlibrary, and @caltechlibrary the interns were able to explore a wide variety of organizations that employ librarians. ⁠ Link in bio to learn more about the pro
