Rolled sugar cookies: cream together 4 sticks unsalted butter with 1 1/2 c sugar and 1/2 c powdered sugar for 5 minutes. Add 2 large eggs, 2 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp almond extract, stir in 6 cups all purpose flour, 1 tsp salt and 2 T cornstarch. Divide into 3/4 discs, wrap in plastic and refrigerate for an hour or a few days. Roll out and cut into shapes, bake at 350 until edges are crisp. Top with sprinkles before baking or use cookie icing to decorate. #cookies #christmascookies #cookierecipe #cook
