The cruise liner that sparked a COVID outbreak in Sydney in 2020 has a new virus cluster. The Ruby Princess docked in San Francisco after a 15-day Panama Canal trip with more than 70 positive cases onboard. Princess Cruises said all cases were fully vaccinated and were quarantined on the ship. Some were put up in hotels to complete their quarantine ashore.
