Overhead march (AKA Waiter’s Carry) is not a bad exercises! BUT it is a super advanced one. It requires overhead mobility, shoulder stability, and enough shoulder strength and endurance that youll actually be able to feel this in your core (and not jist be struggling to keep the weight up) The front rack position is a great alternative and I think is even more effective if the goal is to target your core.
