The Emergency Vehicle Operator Course (EVOC) is a requirement for all deputies operating LPSO/emergency vehicles. CHP EVOC DEMONSTRATION: SONOMA SPEEDWAY Emergency Vehicle Operations Course (EVOC) Instructors from the CHP - Academy recently performed a demonstration at Sonoma Raceway’s 30th Annual Wednesday Night Drags and Drift. This event takes place each year from March 4th through November 18th. These closed course events are an excellent legal alternative for drivers to show off their skills.
