One of the best study habits you can build is actually pre-studying your lectures. When you walk into class already familiar with the material, you can listen instead of scrambling to write everything down. After that, turn what you learned into flashcards or whatever spaced-repetition method works for you. Then spend 30–45 minutes a day reviewing so you’re never cramming. And yes, this applies to the MCAT too — the only difference is adding practice questions early and often. Consistency beats
