I had one of my young followers ask me how to paint watercolour flowers. So I collected lots of different flowers on my morning walk with my dog Zuki, looking for different shapes and colours. When I got home I spread them all out on a page and played a little with the composition (placement), I was going to just paint one at a time but I like this page of colour- it reminds me of a botanical poster, so I started painting them in this layout.
