Love doing this drill I made when trying to solve tracking issues effectively without much vocal instruction. We now have a rope across the hoop to isolate the sweet spot. I’ve done a lot of catching drills and those are still good for certain reasons like generally moving your body to a ball and contacting with your hands, but the problem was still maintaining the frame as opposed to leaning when you don’t need to and finding a way to challenge the direction step specific to passing.
