Interesting feature on the back hatch of the 6th Gen 4Runner. Thoughts? Originally we saw this in the video from @trd.jon we reshared here and had to test it out to see it for ourselves. Not sure if this is a safety feature? | 4Runner Lifestyle

Just an interesting change on the 6th Gen with the automatic back hatch, it is nice that you have the option to open and close it manually but kind of strange if that rear window is down at all it’s manual only. We’ve shown it before here on the page and so has @trd.jon but it’s interesting to note that if that back window is partially open even a little the back hatch is now full manual. Do you prefer the automatic or the manual style back hatch? | 4Runner Lifestyle
