Family dinner inspoBreaded basa fillets with a creamy lemon butter sauce 🍋 🐟 This dish is fresh and summery and the basa is also great value and the flavour is not too strong for little ones🤗 I eyeballed the sauce but have since remade it and written down the ingredients this time!😂 You could fry the fish, air fry or bake as I did. For the creamy lemon butter sauce:- 100g butter- 1-2tbsp garlic - 2tbsp cornflour to thicken (optional)- 1/2-2/3 a lemon depending on how lemony you like the sauc
