To create this look, I lightened with Matrix Professional Hair Color & Care High Riser Pre-Bonded. I got rid of the remaining yellow tones by pre-toning with So Silver Shampoo. Then I low-lighted with SoColor Sync 6P & 6T for dimension and toned with Tonal Control 8T & 10T.
