Cold brew is my new obsession! I’ve been enjoying an iced cold brew most mornings recently, and it’s surprisingly easy to make ☕️ Steeped for 12 to 24 hours in water at room temperature, to make cold brew simply add your desired amount of coffee to a cafetière and top with filtered water. I usually opt for four large heaped tablespoons of coffee as I find it’s better to add more coffee so it can be made as a concentrate and then diluted when served.
