It may not seem like such a big deal but to my family & I, it is. My mom walked up the stairs for the last time that day, stairs that she used to walk up and down religiously with no assistance. I can admit she is getting worse but thats whats expected with dementia. So we do anything we can to make it just a little bit easier for her.
