Here's a classic yin yoga sequence that I’ve used many times. It’s designed to stretch and relax into every part of the body’s deep fascia network, grounding the energy while helping slowly and gently unwind and release tension. Each posture is held for about 3 minutes, followed by a 1 minute rest. This rebound time after each pose helps the energetic effects to blossom in the body. No props are needed, though you may wish to experiment with sitting on a cushion under for the seated forward bend
