The protester who scaled D.C.'s Frederick Douglass Bridge on Friday afternoon and pitched a tent was off the bridge on Wednesday and now faces charges. The man, Guido Reichstadter, could be seen just after 9 a.m. using a ladder inside the bridge arch to get to a boom lift near the bridge, which he used to get back to the ground.
