Once all pearls are floating on the surface, reduce the heat to medium and set a timer of 5min. 4. After 5min, turn off the heat. Put the lid on, and set another timer of 5min. 5. After 5min, rinse the pearls under cold water. 6. Add the pearls to a bowl and add a sugar syrup to prevent the pearls from sticking together. I added brown sugar syrup. #t
