To count the total number of cells in a range, you can use a formula based on the ROWS and COLUMNS functions. In the example shown, the formula in cell J5 is: =ROWS(B4:H16)*COLUMNS(B4:H16) The result is 91, the total number of cells in the range B4:H16.
