Ingredients 🍴 1 apple (peeled, cored and chopped) 30g (1/4 US cup) oat 1 egg 1/3 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon of smooth nut butter (I used almond butter) Method 👇 1.Place all the ingredients into a food processor/blender and pulse until smooth. 2.Heat a non-sticky skillet on medium heat and grease it with coconut oil. 3.Pour 1–2 tablespoons of batter and spread it out. 4.Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown. 5.Serve and Buon appetito! �
