If you've already started picking up pecans read this! To get your pecans to shell out nicely like in this video there are several factors to consider. First of all if you're pecans are poor quality and not filled out well it is next to impossible to remove most of the shells by machine because you're nut meat halves will weigh about the same as the shells.
