Handstand Helper and MORE! Building on our recent Handstand oriented posts, this Handstand Helper is great whether you practice handstands or not. This one is done prone, as opposed to the supine variation with Dumbbells that I posted last week. Like that variation, this one also uses a bolster and two yoga blocks, but you can do this with folded blankets and a foam roller or whatever you have on hand.
