Today, Michelle will be showing you how we prepare sperm for an IUI.💜 After filtering and putting the sperm in the centrifuge, we are left with concentrated sperm or sperm cells. This will ensure that we can analyze the correct amount of moving sperm.💦 The concentrated sperm cells are mixed in a wash which allows them to break apart and move around, increasing the accuracy of our count.
