Ingredients * 1 ½ cups long-grain white rice (like Jasmine or Basmati) * 2 ½ cups boiling water or broth (chicken or vegetable) * 1 Tbsp butter or oil * ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste) (Optional flavor add-ins: 1 tsp garlic powder, a few sprigs of thyme, or a bay leaf.) Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
